Surfside Jenny`s in Surfside Beach

my family and I have eaten here twice and loved it both times. I recomend it to anyone that loves a great breakfast and great price.

Got seated at a table. Table wasn't cleaned off, waited 20 minutes before we had to leave because no one waited on us. Pretty frustrating. Food looked good.

Terrible. We have eaten there before and the food was good. This time they had been closed for 2 weeks for repairs. They just reopened the day before we went. They should have waited until everything was up and running.

Great local place. I had the traditional fare of sausage and biscuits with grits. Grits were great. Perfect cook time and creaminess. Biscuits were light and fluffy. eggs over easy (true test of a short order cook) were not over done. The white gravy was average, but not too thick. The only complaint I have is the sausage was obviously a precooked patty. It was bland and a bit dry. I know some places just can not get good fresh meat because of cost. (I am spoiled. Our local cafes are run by local meat markets)On a whole, give this local joint a try! You will be pleased. Reasonable prices for a tourist area, and great selection for families.

Good portions great staff and a homey atmosphere

Very nice food. It says bikers welcome, but when I went it seemed like a very quaint place. It really reminds you of your nana and grandfathers home southern cooking. The breading on the chicken and pickles were to die for. I just wish I would’ve ordered fried green tomatoes too.

Surfside Jenny's is a great restaurant in Surfside.Its family owned and serves great food .Its mostly breakfast but serves lunch as well. The atmosphere is old fashioned and the customers appear to be regulars.Its busy in the summer so expect a short wait .If I would recommend a restaurant for Trump to visit on the Sourh Strand it would be Jenny's. I look forward to going back.☆☆☆☆☆

Everyone here are always so friendly and just genuine people. Food is always excellent. Feels like you're home.

A good locals place. Service is relaxed so it's not the place to go when you are in a hurry. Food is good and portions match the price. Again, it's a good place for a casual breakfast. Jenny and the others who serve customers are friendly and attentive. It's somewhere we go frequently.

Jenny's is a local breakfast and lunch restaurant. Staff is friendly and treat you like family. Food was good and plenty. Moderately priced.

Last time we went there wait time was horrible. Swore we'd never go back. Today my son and his family went there for breakfast. A 15 min wait to be seated and an hour to get food and they weren't even busy!! I will never go back and will never recommend anyone else to go there.!

Great food plenty of it and the service is as good as it get.will eat there every time I'm at the beach if the locals eat there you know it good

Very friendly staff, large portions and tasty food. We have eaten at so many breakfast places, and this is the most reasonable one in this area. We will definitely be going back.

Breakfast was awesome. I had a special request and the cook did great! Service was fast and Ashley was very friendly. I Would have given 5 stars but the place is in a bit of a rundown state. That being said, its been a long time since ive had such a great meal for such a great price.

My grandma's favorite breakfast "diner". We love the neighborhood feel, the friendly wait staff, and of course, the food! Never had anything I didn't like, but my two favorites are the corned beef club and the sausage gravy and biscuits... but be warned... the latter is HUGE!!!

It was super crowded, but we were seated quickly. Food was great, Coffee was very good. Jenny and her staff were very busy but took great care of us.

We go here everytime we vacation at Dirty Myrtle. The staff always welcomed us back and asked how we have been. It is like we come back home!

It's a diner, nothing fancy. I had the Hungry Omelet, it was probably the best omelet I've ever eaten. Husband enjoyed his breakfast- said the gravy was a bit bland but good. Son had BLT and it was just a BLT. We'll definitely go back.

Heard the food was really good, but didn’t get to eat there because they would not serve a group of six. Oh well.

I have never heard such foul language coming from locals as I did today. I asked a man in the group if they were locals and he said yes do you want some tips? I said no I was surprised at your colorful language. He said I cussed ? I said yes alot! He said guess I need to work on that. I am so glad I didn't have my grandchildren with me. And unfortunately the food was not that good.

Our first time at Surfside Jennys, we will definitely be back! Homey atmosphere, friendly waitresses! We went for breakfast and we were not disappointed! I got french toast with bacon, it was delicious! My husband got a homestyle omelette with pancakes. Definitely more than enough food!

I’ve always loved coming here. Haven’t been in a while but the menu still has a wide variety of food. Great omelettes and a good price. The only thing that wasn’t that great was the tea. It seemed like it had a plastic taste or maybe a taste like the ice was old? And the spoon I had looked like it wasn’t cleaned-maybe dishwasher residue. But I used the fork anyway which looked fine. But my husband’s silverware and food/beverage was great. And the waiter was friendly and attentive. We will be coming back.
